I just found out that I can keep this site for my on-line sales and other adventures!I bought an upgrade which takes away the ads at the top of the page. Now I will have no problems submitting the page to certain advertising sites.I have to work on transferring the domain name www.jjsnovelties.com to this site from the other host where I struggled so much to even start a page. It will be easier to find the site when it has a shorter name. Now I will have less distractions and I can get this page tuned up as it should be. And get back to listing items in my store! This is my favorite site and I'm happy to be back here!
I finally bought the domain name for jjsnovelties.com and decided to set up a separately hosted website. It has taken f time and patience, but I have a homepage. I'm most impressed that I figured out how to have two columns on the page!www.jjsnovelties.comBut I really like this freeweb site. I hope to change it to a site that offers information for online buyers and sellers. With a little bit about what's happening with the Ecrater store and other opportunities. I have learned a lot in the past year -- things that might be helpful to others starting their own online adventures.Has anyone started their holiday shopping yet? I start making my lists in October and that bothers everyone else in the family. Time moves so quickly once we finish September. I may shop early, but my Christmas cards are always mailed at the last minute. I'll be adding more items to the JJs Novelties store, all visitors are welcome. And if it sounds interesting, check out Friendswin. And if you like it, tell your friends!
It is late Sunday evening and Mondays are always busy at work. But I wanted anyone that knows I live in the Twin Cities to know that none of my family members or close friends were on the 35W bridge when it collapsed. What is so scary for everyone is how major that bridge was. Anyone could be on it at any given time.We also had to put our 13 year old boxer to sleep. In boxer years he was like 140 years old. He was grayed and limped a bit, but the usual boxer enemy - cancer - finally caught up with him. Most boxers live 6-8 years so this guy was part of our family for an extra long time. Our other dog seems to be handling things well. When I worked at a PetSmart store, some people told me their dog left behind would get depressed. The only change in Snickers' behavior is thinking she should have a treat everytime someone walks into the kitchen!I meant to add at least a dozen items to the Ecrater store this weekend. But real life interrupted...there's always next weekend!Wishing everyone a safe and joyful week.
